**Job Summary** This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of PV systems, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** **Site Management & Execution**
- Manage full on-site construction activities for ground-mounted or rooftop PV projects
- Supervise subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical)
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate installation of: - Mounting structures
- PV modules
- Inverters (central/string)
- MV stations & transformers
- Cable routing (DC & AC) **HSE & Compliance**
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Monitor risk assessments and method statements
- Ensure site documentation is up to date **Planning & Scheduling**
- Prepare and update site schedules
- Track progress and report deviations
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics
- Ensure milestone achievement **Quality Control**
- Implement quality assurance procedures
- Conduct inspections and testing




- Coordinate commissioning activities
- Manage punch list and handover process **Stakeholder Coordination**
- Interface with: - Grid operator
- Owner’s engineer
- Local authorities
- EPC headquarters
- Attend progress meetings **Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in solar PV construction
- Experience in utility-scale projects (10MW+) preferred
- Strong knowledge of: - DC & AC systems
- MV infrastructure
- Grid connection processes
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera is a plus
- Fluent in English (Italian or Romanian is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel and work site-based **Preferred Skills**
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multicultural teams
- Knowledge of EPC contracts and FIDIC principles
- Commissioning experience is an advantage Pay: €3,000.00 - €4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
