Solar Project Manager

**Position Summary** The role requires strong technical knowledge, contract management capability, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex renewable energy projects. **Key Responsibilities**
- Full responsibility for project delivery (cost, time, quality, HSE)
- Manage EPC contracts (FIDIC experience preferred)
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction phases
- Supervise site managers and subcontractors
- Interface with grid operator (Terna / DSO)
- Manage project budget and cash flow forecasting
- Oversee permitting and regulatory compliance
- Ensure HSE standards are implemented
- Lead project reporting to management and investors
- Manage commissioning and grid connection process **Qualifications**




- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years experience in solar PV EPC projects
- Experience with utility-scale projects (>10 MW preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Italian permitting and grid procedures
- Experience with Terna grid connection process is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills Pay: €3,500.00 - €5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
