- Spot and develop the skills our Sales and After Sales teams need to excel
- Partner with L&D; to create programs in negotiation, customer management, technical service, and commercial effectiveness **Organization & Workforce Planning**
- Ensure teams are structured for success — right people, right skills, right agility
- Optimize organizational design for better productivity, faster responses, and happier customers **People & Performance Management**
- Coach managers on team performance, engagement, and commercial KPIs
- Lead performance cycles for sales and technical teams with measurable impact **Recruitment & Employer Branding**
- Drive strategies to attract top talent in commercial and technical roles

- 5 years of experience in **HR Business Partnering**, ideally in Sales or Service organizations
- Familiarity with **multinational B2B/B2C environments** with commercial and technical teams
- Fluency in **Italian & English**: - Degree in Economics, Psychology, HR, or related fields
