- Strong team coordination and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
- A people-first mindset with a strong eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;
- Confidence with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech;
- Previous hostel experience is a big premio. **What you’ll be doing**:



- Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.;
- Being a daily point of reference for team members — ensuring tasks are clear, spirits are high, and operations run smoothly;
- Monitoring service standards, helping resolve guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive;
- Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows to keep everything moving;
- Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and compliance with Italian local regulations.
