**Title** Japanese Speaking Operations Specialist -Freight Forwarding & Logistics Industry (VISA Sponsorship considered) **Salary** Euro 30,000 - Euro 45,000 per annum **Job profile** A Japanese global freight forwarding company are looking for an Operations Specialist. **【Key Responsibilities】**
- **Shipment Coordination**: Handle daily bookings and track import/export shipments across Sea, Air, and Road freight.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and verify essential shipping documents, including B/L, AWB, and commercial invoices.
- **Liaison**: Negotiate rates and schedules with transport providers while providing real-time status updates to clients. **【Requirements】**
- **Industry Experience**: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding operations.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Deep understanding of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
- **Languages**:



Fluency in Italian and English is essential. Japanese language skills are a strong plus. **【Employment Conditions】**
- **Working Hours**: 08:30 - 17:30 (including 1-hour lunch break), Monday only 1 hour less, that is 08:30 - 16:30.
- **Holidays**: In line with industry standards in Milan (the same as their employees at the Milan office).
