**- Missions**:Handle all linen for the hotel (rooms, restaurants and spa) in collaboration with the laundry service providers. Manage linen and uniform supplies; monitor, maintain and renew them. Clean and maintain guest linens internally or externally with the chosen service provider. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the cleaning and care of staff uniforms, guest laundry, and hotel linen. This includes washing, ironing, and packaging according to guest preferences, as well as performing minor sewing repairs when needed. The role ensures that quality standards are met and that guest laundry is returned on time, whether services are handled in-house or outsourced.




The Laundry Attendant ensures compliance with procedures and equipment usage instructions, and supports the smooth operation of the department by managing linen requisitions, inventory, and storage of laundry supplies. They coordinate the distribution and return of linen, monitor service quality from external providers, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the laundry area.
Additionally, the role involves effective communication with other departments, contributing to a positive team environment, and supporting sustainability efforts through energy saving and waste sorting initiatives. **Profile**: - Mastery of good practices in gestures and postures
