The Oracle Manufacturing & Master Data Specialist will hold a key role within the Digital Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization, ensuring the integrity, governance, and effectiveness of product and manufacturing data across enterprise systems. The role will operate in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and IT teams, supporting business processes and system evolution across all Baker Hughes product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Oracle OSCAR processes, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of Item Master, Bill of Material (BoM), and manufacturing master data.
- Maintain and govern product data, attributes, templates, and product structures across enterprise platforms.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain business processes by ensuring proper alignment of product data and system configurations.
- Manage and resolve data anomalies related to product attributes, BoMs, engineering changes, manufacturing configurations, and workflow processes.
- Support Product Change Board (PCB) activities, engineering change processes, and workflow execution to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Maintain and improve business rules, interface logic, mapping tables, configuration tables, and system controls supporting manufacturing processes.
- Support integration activities across enterprise applications involved in Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions for data quality issues, system defects, and process deviations.
- Define, execute, and support functional,
integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities for system enhancements and projects.
- Collaborate with development teams during requirement definition, solution validation, implementation, and post-deployment support activities.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor system performance and data quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency leveraging Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Support business users across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations by providing functional expertise and guidance.
Fuel your passion
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Manufacturing and Product Master Data management processes.
- Strong expertise in Oracle OSCAR, particularly within Item Master and Bill of Material (BoM) modules.
- Deep knowledge of product structures, templates, and manufacturing data management processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications used within Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain organizations.
- Knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Workflow, and Product Change Board (PCB) processes.
- Experience in test definition, execution, defect management, and solution validation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex business and system issues.
- Experience with KPI definition, metrics analysis, reporting, and process performance monitoring.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively within global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLM, ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-related enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
- Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodology experience.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, and industrial manufacturing processes.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 31,200 To 42,900.
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
