Strategic Execution Starts with You Your key responsibilities will include: Drive selected cross‐functional transformation projects that support the execution of the Diagnostics strategy. Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance. Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress. Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working, and organizational transformation. Profile Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
