We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to play a critical role as part of our Integration Management Office (IMO) and as part of the wider group Transformation team, supporting a major M&A; initiative . This person will partner with a Programme Manager counterpart to support and coordinate integration activity during M&A;, ensuring delivery against strategic priorities, timelines, value creation plans and business outcomes. This is a key role within a fast‐paced, ambitious and growing fintech environment.



The successful candidate will work closely with the Integration Lead, senior stakeholders, functional workstream owners and the Programme Manager counterpart to ensure the integration is well planned, well governed and delivered with pace. The initial focus and priority will be on integration. As the integration process matures, there will be a natural pathway for this role to focus on wider group strategic programme management within the Transformation Team, delivering headline, cross‐function and cross‐jurisdiction value creation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has operated in complex transformation, change or M&A; environments and is comfortable balancing structure with pragmatism. They will need to be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working across cultures, functions and seniority levels.
