In this role, the RD Project Manager provides overall project leadership, ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution across all functions involved in the development program.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongThe RD Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated development plans (IDPs) for RD drug development programs in collaboration with functional team representatives, to track and manage key activities across RD functions including Preclinical, Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and CMC.brulliLead and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and key performance metrics,



ensuring effective tracking of critical path activities, deliverables, forecasts, and project progress. /liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, communication, and governance by coordinating meetings, managing actions, decisions and risks, and ensuring timely reporting and alignment across stakeholders. /liliImplement and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation standards; oversee CRO performance and external provider engagement; and ensure project records are complete, compliant, and audit-ready.br/li /ulstrongRequired Educationbr/strongBachelor's degree required; scientific discipline preferred.brstrongRequired Skills And Experiencebr/strongulliMinimum 5 years of project management experience within drug development, clinical development, preclinical development, or related RD environments. /liliStrong understanding of drug development processes (preclinical and clinical) and the biopharmaceutical industry. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. /liliStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with computer-based tools. /liliAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and make timely, informed decisions.



/liliProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment. /liliProficiency in integrated project planning and timeline management, including advanced use of Microsoft Project and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, O365 SharePoint, Veeva). /liliPMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.br/li /ulstrongRequired Languagesbr/strongFluency in EnglishbrstrongSalarybr/strongGross annual salary starting from: 65.000€brPlease note: The salary indicated in this posting complies with local pay transparency regulations for Italian employment contracts.
