Experteer OverviewAs ICQA Area Manager, you will lead inventory control, quality assurance, and issue resolution within a fast-paced fulfillment center.
You will collaborate with Operations and support teams to ensure accurate processes and customer satisfaction.
You will monitor KPIs, perform data-driven analyses, and drive continuous improvements in inventory integrity.
This role offers the opportunity to shape efficiency, safety, and team development in a high-impact logistics environment.
Retribuzione / BenefitsLead and supervise hourly Associates, Team Leads, and Data Analysts in inventory control and quality assurance
Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
Coordinate inventory control and problem-solving operations according to network strategies and SOX compliance
Plan shifts and forecast workload, assign and direct work




Oversee process improvements to increase quality and productivity
Review KPIs and perform quality analysis affecting inventory integrity and customer experience
Develop and train center managers and associates, contributing to talent growth
Provide handovers and ensure continuity between shifts
ResponsabilitàUniversity degree or equivalent experience in operations management xysqume
Experience in data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
Previous experience leading teams
