Exide Technologies is seeking a Plant Engineer & MES Specialist to join our Romano di Lombardia site in Italy. You will drive MES implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement, acting as a bridge between Production, Engineering, Automation, and IT to enhance process visibility and data accuracy.

You will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, support digital transformation, and contribute to energy analytics and real-time monitoring initiatives on the shop floor.
