pulliCompensation: EUR 47,000 – EUR 64,000 – yearly /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 pRenesas is seeking a motivated and experienced bStaff Test Engineer /b to support test development activities for new products within the Performance Computing Power (PCP) business unit in Catania, Italy. /p pThis role is a solid individual contributor position requiring hands‑on expertise in ATE development, product debugging, and data analysis. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to develop efficient and reliable test solutions, contributing to successful product bring‑up and production ramp. /p pYou will be involved in innovative power management products, including multiphase controllers, smart power stages, and 48‑V system power regulators. /p ul liDevelop and support bATE test programs and hardware /b for analog, mixed‑signal, and power management products /li liContribute to btest plan definition and implementation /b, ensuring coverage and efficiency /li liExecute bproduct bring‑up, characterization, and validation activities /b /li liPerform bdebug and failure analysis /b on ATE and bench setups /li liAnalyze test data to improve byield, repeatability, and test robustness /b /li liCollaborate with bDesign, Product Engineering, and Operations teams /b to resolve technical issues /li liSupport bproduction ramp and sustaining activities /b /li liContribute to btest cost optimization and test time reduction initiatives /b /li liFollow and apply established bDFT and test methodologies /b /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Master’s is a plus)



/li lib5–8+ years of experience /b in ATE test engineering or related field /li liExperience with bATE platforms /b (Advantest 93K, Teradyne, SPEA, or similar) /li liBasic knowledge of bDFT concepts and production test flows /b /li liExperience in bdebugging analog and mixed‑signal systems /b /li liFamiliarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer) /li liProgramming skills in bC/C++, Python, or similar /b /li liUnderstanding of bdata analysis and basic statistical methods /b /li liStrong hands‑on approach and willingness to learn /li liGood problem‑solving and debugging skills /li liAbility to work both independently and within a team /li liAttention to detail and execution focus /li liEffective communication in cross‑functional environments /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThe expected annual pay range for this position is €47,000–€64,000.
