Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive the technical and commercial positioning of Schneider Electric’s Drive Systems in Italy. You engage with customers to analyze complex industrial use cases, design complete drive configurations, and size systems to unlock performance and efficiency. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Product Management to shape proposals, support bids, and validate value propositions. The role blends deep technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful industrial solutions. This is an opportunity to influence product direction and contribute to sustainability-informed automation at scale.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Act as the primary sales reference for Drive Systems solutions and conduct application/specification analysis for complex industrial use cases
- Define complete drive system configurations including protections, power sizing, and communication interfaces
- Support Sales with technical qualification and system sizing; prepare technical solutions and BOMs
- Assist Account Managers in bids and technical negotiations; articulate value propositions and collaborate with pricing/tendering teams




- Provide on-site support for application audits, proofs-of-concept, and system testing; enablement by training Sales and partners
- Interface with Product Management for roadmap feedback, validation of new functionalities and firmware
- Provide continuous training to Sales and partners and contribute to market insights for business development
- Support product feedback and innovation cycles through liaison with Product Management

Responsabilità

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Mechatronics
- Minimum 3 years' experience with drives and motor control systems
- Expertise in variable speed drives, servo systems and power electronics
- Proficiency with fieldbus and PLC communication (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP)
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and technical standards
