Experteer Overview
In this role, you design and commercialize mechanical components for centrifugal pumps within Baker Hughes' Industry & Energy Technology team.
You will lead redesign efforts for Flange to Flange BH pumps and introduce new hydraulics and pumps, collaborating with scientists and engineers to optimize performance.
You'll prototype quickly, validate concepts, and explore adjacent markets to broaden the BH pumps portfolio.
This is an impact-driven role at a global energy technology leader, offering cross-functional collaboration and growth opportunities.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Lead the Flange to Flange Centrifugal Pumps development, including detailed design, calculations and analysis
Develop ideas for new centrifugal pumps to enhance the BH pumps portfolio
Execute fast prototyping, introduce new design tools, debug, verify, and characterize performance of concepts and products




Support market research to identify products with potential in adjacent markets
Redesign Flange to Flange BH pumps and introduce new hydraulics and pumps
Responsabilità
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant demonstrable experience
Extensive knowledge of centrifugal pumps
Knowledge of international standards and codes
Proficiency with Unigraphics NX, ANSYS, HYSYS
Fluent in Italian and English
