pLeica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Customer Service Advocate in Milano (on-site) to be the single entry point for aftermarket service requests from Spain and Portugal.
You will create quotes, monitor spare-parts delivery and coordinate with field engineers for fast, effective customer service.
/ppMultilingual capabilities (Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish) and prior experience in a customer-facing role are essential.
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
