/ppWe are seeking a bProcurement Specialist /b to join our team in bCastel Maggiore (BO) /b.
/ph3MISSION /h3pBuy materials according to production schedule to ensure production continuity, following purchasing strategy and cost efficiency target.
Monitor deliveries confirmations and escalate missing confirmation to avoid impact on production.
/ph3MAIN RESPONSABILITIES /h3ullibOrder Management: /bulliIssue purchase orders according to customer and production needs.
/liliUpdating constantly the backlog to get confirmations and delivery date on time.
/liliReview excess and shortage of material sources with Purchasing to minimize the impact.
/liliIdentify critical material deliveries, prioritize them through the supply chain and work with suppliers to cover material demand.
/liliCooperate with RD or/and Sourcing to identify alternatives and second source in case of shortage.
/liliCooperate with Production Planning to manage the risks in supply of materials.
/liliEscalate to direct supervisor any possible issues that can impact on production continuity.




/liliCooperate with Sourcing to update MRP parameters relative to security stocks, lead time, MOQ, and rounding value to optimize the supply chain /liliManagement of daily communication with suppliers and Purchasing /li /ul /lilibBudget: /bulliCooperate with Sourcing to implement budget prices and find saving opportunities in the spot market.
/li /ul /lilibKPI: /bulliOrder confirmation rate.
/liliNumber planned orders to be released.
/li /ul /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliBasic ability to handle and manage technical drawings.
/liliExperience in procurement or material planning roles.
/liliFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
/liliAbility to manage supplier relationships.
/liliPreferred background in mechanical industry or industrial automation industry.
/liliKnowledge of English language (B1 level).
/liliHigh school diploma or university degree.
/li /ulh3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3pThe annual compensation range for this position is b€40,000 - €46,000 /b, with additional benefits.
/ppThis compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
