With more than 10,000 professionals across 40+ offices worldwide, we provide solutions combining trading and workflow automation, market data, and advanced business intelligence. /p h3Graduate Development Program /h3 pIt is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. /p pThe program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are. /p pFrom day one, you join ION on a full-time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pAcross phases, you will support different stages of the product lifecycle, gaining exposure to trading and workflow automation solutions, data processing, and business intelligence. Your work will include:



/p ul liAnalyzing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities /li liSupporting data processing and contributing to business intelligence initiatives /li liCollaborating with product, development, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions /li liPresenting findings, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real-world data /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liMaster's degree in a STEM field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /li liWritten and spoken English at B2 level or above /li liStrong collaboration and teamworking skills /li liBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ul h3Gross Salary Range /h3 p34.000 - 38.000 EUR /p pPursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
