Experteer OverviewIn this role you support mid-market M&A; execution in Italy, working within the Corporate Advisory team in Milan.
You will help with transaction execution, pitching, and market analysis, building financial models and marketing materials.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive timely, accurate deal support.
You join a global bank that aims to be the primary partner for clients, delivering value across Corporate, Private, Investment, and Asset Management businesses.
This is an opportunity to shape midsize transactions in a top-tier environment.
Retribuzione / BenefitsSupport day-to-day transaction execution and pitching efforts
Draft presentations, information memorandums, and other marketing materials
Run financial models (DCF, LBO) and valuation data sets
Conduct market analysis
Execute duties in the context of marketing and execution activities




ResponsabilitàMaster's degree in finance or business administration from a Business or Engineering School
Fluency in English
At least 1 year as a Tempo pieno Analyst within a corporate finance environment (leading investment bank, elite boutique or similar)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience with financial statement xysqume analysis and financial modelling
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Bloomberg and FactSet
Natural curiosity and self-motivation
High standards of professional and ethical conduct
