energization prep)Coordinate handover to commissioning (HV/MV systems)Support permit and electrical safety managementManage as-built documentationSupport technical queries and non-conformitiesEnsure HSE complianceParticipate in punch list and completion activitiesQualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering8–10 years of experience in electrical constructionRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of power distribution and testingHV/MV/LV systems knowledgeAbility to read SLDs and electrical drawingsKnowledge of LOTO and energizationFluent EnglishInternational mobilityPreferred SkillsSubstations, BESS, renewables experienceGrid connection exposureProtection systems knowledgePay range and compensation packagePermanent, full-time contractCompetitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €65,000 – €90,000 gross/year)Additional allowances, including:International assignment / travel allowanceDaily subsistence allowance (per diem)Accommodation and site-related benefits where applicableEqual Opportunity Statement: Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact energy infrastructure projects worldwide.
