Process Engineer Italian Speaking Mirandola – 5 days per week on site Activities: * Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) on medium-to-high complexity/automation-level equipment at suppliers (in Italy) * Execution of SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for the above-mentioned equipment * Execution of process start-up and validation (OQ – PQ) and preparation of documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR) for the above-mentioned equipment * Identification of process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency * Execution of root cause analysis * Preparation of work instructions Statistical skills (preferably using MINITAB): * DOE (Design of Experiments) * Process capability analysis (CpK, PpK) * Gage studies * t-test Knowledge of main plastic processing technologies, for example: * Bonding with single-component and two-component resins * Ultrasonic welding * Hydraulic leak testing * Vision/measurement systems
