In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing sourcing activities, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and international environment. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPrepare and issue RFIs and RFQs /li liAnalyse and compare supplier offers (pricing, TCs, lead time, scope of supply and exclusions) /li liSupport negotiations and contribute to supplier selection aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines /li liManage procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting phases /li liCollaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and project teams /li liBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
understanding business priorities and aligning procurement strategies accordingly /li liMonitor procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost optimization /li liDefine and track KPIs to monitor performance, compliance, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction /li liProactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of supply issues /li liMaintain and update vendor lists (direct and indirect) through internal tools and vendor portals /li liEnsure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a safe working environment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbWhat we’re looking for /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree /li liAt least 4 years of experience in Procurement /li liExperience in engineering, energy, or EPC/project-based environments /li liFluent Italian and English (written and spoken) /li liStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities /li liProactive, results-oriented mindset with strong accountability /li liAvailability to travel up to 30% of the time (company sites and suppliers) /li /ul pbNice to have /b /p ul liExposure to international suppliers and complex procurement processes /li liAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail /li /ul h3Location and Travel /h3 pLocation: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
