Innovation, human capital, organization, financial strength and a flawless reputation of excellence, integrity and sustainability are the basis of our competitive advantage. /p h3Position /h3 pWe’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong Project Engineer to join our Engineering team, reporting to the Head of Project Engineering. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liManage relationships with project owners, partners, and internal/external stakeholders during project delivery /li liCoordinate engineering and design activities for BESS projects in collaboration with the Engineering Manager /li liManage and submit engineering deliverables through Document Management Systems (Sharepoint, Aconex, 3DExperience, etc.)



/li liEnsure fit‑for‑purpose procurement of battery storage equipment and compliance with project requirements /li liMonitor and control project and engineering progress against schedule /li liManage RFIs and design change requests in coordination with project teams /li liSupport civil and local system design (e.g., noise mitigation, firefighting systems) aligned with local regulations /li liSupport installation activities (civil and electrical) and participate in commissioning phases /li liCollaborate with commissioning teams and support training delivery for partners and stakeholders /li liManage red‑line and As Built documentation and ensure timely delivery /li liMaintain lessons learned registers and share insights across teams /li /ul h3Engineering Manager responsibilities (optional) /h3 ul liLead engineering and design activities across the project lifecycle /li liPrepare and coordinate technical documentation as per project deliverables /li liSupport procurement through technical specifications and supplier alignment /li liCoordinate with Design Engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet project and contract requirements /li liManage FAT processes and ensure compliance with technical specifications /li liOversee IFC deliverables, manufacturing support,



and red‑line approvals /li liEnsure alignment of engineering outputs with safety standards and project objectives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar /li li2–5 years of experience in EPC project environments /li liExperience with on‑site activities on MW‑scale power plants /li liExperience in project delivery and engineering coordination /li liFluent both English and Italian; additional languages are a plus /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work in international, multicultural teams /li liProblem‑solving mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilities /li liAbility to prioritise, plan, and adapt in fast‑changing environments /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in BESS or renewable energy projects /li liExposure to complex EPC environments and multidisciplinary teams /li liStrong technical coordination skills across engineering disciplines /li /ul h3Location /h3 pHybrid remote and Milan Offices.
