PR DirectorNatasha Slater Studio | Milan, ItalyNatasha Slater Studio is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional PR Director to join our team in Milan.This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in one of Italy's fastest-growing luxury communications agencies.Working directly with Founder & CEO Natasha Slater, you will lead client strategy, manage a portfolio of luxury brands, mentor the PR team and help shape the future growth of the agency across fashion, design, hospitality, lifestyle and culture.We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded and naturally curious.
Someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, leading people and delivering exceptional work for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of luxury client accountsDevelop and execute strategic PR and communications plansBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key industry figuresLead the agency's press office and oversee media outreachPlan and execute press days, launches, VIP experiences and high-profile eventsManage client communication and present strategies with confidenceMentor and support junior members of the teamIdentify new business opportunities and support agency growthWork closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater StudioWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' experience in luxury PR or communicationsProven experience working with fashion, luxury, interior design, hospitality or lifestyle brandsFluent English and Italian (written and spoken)



– this is essentialDemonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team membersStrong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activationsExcellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscapeExisting relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirableCommercially minded, highly organised and solutions-orientedPassionate about fashion, design, luxury, travel and contemporary cultureWilling to attend evening events, fashion weeks and industry activations as requiredWorking at Natasha Slater StudioThis is an office-based role, with four days per week in our Milan studio and one day of lavoro da remoto.We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, creativity and being together as a team.
