/ppTo support our growth and strengthen our teams, we are looking for a: Makeup Formulation Engineer – Romanengo (CR) /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pReporting to the Director of Product Development, your main tasks will include: /pulliDeveloping new formulations that meet marketing and/or client briefs (Powder, Foundation, Concealer, Mascara, etc.).
/liliImproving existing formulas.
/liliDeveloping new shades.
/liliMonitoring physico-chemical controls and packaging compatibility.




/liliConducting technological watch and trend analysis.
/liliAssisting with industrial transposition.
/liliContributing to daily laboratory operations.
/liliParticipating in supplier meetings and industry trade shows.
/li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliMinimum Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in cosmetic formulation.
/liliProven Experience In Cosmetic Formulation Is Essential.
/liliCurious, autonomous, and creative, with a passion for innovation and emerging beauty trends.
/liliStrong analytical and communication skills.
/liliFluent in English and Italian.
/liliAvailability for occasional international travel (trade fairs, supplier meetings, etc.).
