This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants. ? What You’ll Do: * Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes * Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)
* Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow * Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment * Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement ? Your Profile: * Required: * Italian and English speaker * Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately * Confident communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environments * Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) * Basic knowledge of Lean tools * Desirables: * Lean certifications * Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality Join us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!
