Develop and evolve the global Customer Experience Insights framework
Lead the CX Insights team to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
Drive end-to-end customer journey analysis across multiple Lines of Business
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed customer-centric thinking

Define and monitor CX performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
Proven experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, VoC, or Customer Journey Management
Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actions
Experience with customer feedback, operational KPIs, digital analytics, and market research
Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics is a plus
Proven people leadership and experience managing high-performing teams
Ability to influence across functions and cultures and manage stakeholders effectively
Experience in insurance, financial services, or related customer-focused industries is valued
