We are looking for a passionate Global Learning Contents Creator to join the Talent Department, located in Milan (MI).
The successful candidate will be a multimedia storyteller who transforms brand heritage, retail operational training and corporate programs into engaging, visually appealing, and digestible content. This role focuses on the production of assets -such as videos, podcasts, graphics, and interactive training modules- that capture learner attention and drive engagement.
Multimedia Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, animations, and audio content for training modules.
Build interactive courses using authoring tools, incorporating quizzes, branching scenarios, and simulations.
Collaboration: Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to turn storyboards and text-heavy scripts into dynamic media.
Strong storytelling ability and an eye for modern visual design.
Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Deep understanding of adult learning principles.
Analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Portfolio demonstrating strong video editing, graphic design, and content writing skills is a plus.
For this role, the estimated gross annual salary range is €50,000 (Min) - €60,000 (Max), under the CCNL Abbigliamento, Confezioni – Industria/SMI, Level 7. your final compensation will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and potential to grow with us.
