Work Location: Italy / Hybrid Salary Range: Gross Annual Salary between €25,000 and €33,000 YOUR ROLE We are looking for a person to join a team dedicated to the management and evolution of enterprise document management platforms. The selected person will become part of a specialized team operating in the areas of Application Support and Infrastructure Operations,
contributing to the operational management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of document management solutions running on Linux and Windows environments. This opportunity is particularly suitable for individuals looking to strengthen their application support and system administration skills while working closely with specialized technical teams in a structured Enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing requests and incidents escalated from second-level support through ticketing systems
- Analyzing and resolving application and infrastructure issues
- Monitoring and supporting document management platforms running on Linux and Windows environments
- Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Contributing to the evolution of internal tools supporting operational activities
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash and Python
- Managing and enhancing monitoring dashboards and activities using Elastic, Kibana, and Splunk
- Participating in projects aimed at platform evolution and the introduction of new technologies
