We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Milan — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! Contract: Fixed Term— tempo parziale (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance-based commission on revenues
Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide your local team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Italian and English
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences
Analytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvements
