Experteer OverviewIn this role you design, coordinate and oversee the construction, commissioning and readiness of factory utility distribution systems for the manufacturing facility.
You will work with cross?functional teams to ensure designs meet process, build and hygienic standards while aligning with safety and environmental regulations.

Verify installation quality, monitor progress against milestones, and manage punch lists
Support inspections, problem solving during construction and commissioning
Assist in maintaining operational readiness of all utility systems
ResponsabilitàKnowledge of steam, condensate recovery, compressed air, chilled water, cooling waste, process and potable water, hot water, HVAC interfaces, natural gas distribution, utility networks and metering systems
Experience xysqume operating or supervising heating systems (gas boilers) or other large combustion systems
P&ID; (piping instrumentation diagram) experience
Experience in industrial plants (AHU, chillers, fire protection, water/steam generation, water treatment, BMS and electrical equipment)
Engineering university degree (mechanical or electrical) with substantial practical experience
5+ years in Industrial Services engineering related to manufacturing
Fluency in Italian and English
