MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Communication Department (PR, Digital and Content Teams), the Content Support will contribute to the development and execution of engaging content across various platforms. The key responsibilities are:
- Assist in creating compelling copy for a range of assets, including images, videos, press releases, product cards, and brief product descriptions.
- Support the development of texts for new product launches.
- Manage the translation process.
- Perform proofreading and editing to ensure high-quality, error-free content consistent with brand voice.
- Gather and organize materials for content briefs, coordinating with internal teams to source necessary assets.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content ideas and campaigns creating creative moodboard.
- Provide support for all the shootings with a special focus on e-commerce ad-hoc contents.
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand messaging, tone, and strategic objectives.
- Assist in uploading and organizing content on various digital platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
- Assist in creating diverse marketing materials like seeding cards, POS materials, invitations, and menus, including image selection and text collaboration.
- Assist with competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in storytelling, particularly within the luxury or beauty industries.
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; French is a plus.
