Cosmoderma Commerciale S.R.L. is a company specialized in the development and contract manufacturing of cosmetic products.Controlli attentamente tutta la documentazione richiesta per la candidatura prima di fare clic sul pulsante apposito in fondo a questa descrizione.We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage our Regulatory Affairs function and ensure the correct handling of technical and regulatory documentation for cosmetic products developed and manufactured for our clients.The selected candidate will initially work alongside the current Regulatory Affairs Manager, gradually becoming the main point of reference for regulatory matters within the company.
The role will involve close collaboration with R&D;, Sales, Graphic Design, Quality and Production teams, supporting product development projects from the formulation stage through to market launch.Main responsibilitiesManagement of the Regulatory Affairs functionPreparation, review and management of regulatory documentation for cosmetic productsManagement and verification of Product Information Files (PIF)Support with CPNP notificationsReview of claims, labels, artworks and product texts from a regulatory perspectiveCollection and verification of technical documentation related to raw materials, packaging and finished productsCommunication with clients, external laboratories,



consultants and safety assessorsRegulatory support for products intended for EU and extra-EU marketsSupport to the Quality Management System for audits, procedures and regulatory documentationCoordination of regulatory priorities in collaboration with the other company departmentsRequired qualifications and skillsDegree in a scientific field, preferably Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similarKnowledge of Regulation (EC) No. ********* on cosmetic productsKnowledge of cosmetic technical documentation, including PIF, CPSR, CPNP, claims and labellingGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAccuracy, organizational skills and strong attention to detailFluent English, minimum C1 level; C2 will be considered astrong plusPreferred qualificationsPrevious experience in the cosmetic industryExperience in contract manufacturing / private label cosmeticsKnowledge of extra-EU cosmetic regulations, especially the US market and MoCRASoft skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood communication and interpersonal skillsCross-functional collaboration mindsetAutonomy and sense of responsibilityPractical, structured and solution-oriented approachUnderstanding of roles, responsibilities and organizational dynamicsGross Annual Salary range: €20,000 - €35,000, to be defined according to experience and skills.
