ResponsibilitiesLa preghiamo di verificare di possedere il livello di esperienza e le qualifiche adeguate leggendo la panoramica completa di questa possibilità qui sotto.Leasing of retail units within the Italian Supernova portfolioReduction of vacant units and active vacancy managementPreparation and ongoing update of leasing offers and proposalsOnboarding of new tenantsNegotiation, preparation and execution of lease agreements and amendmentsTimely renewal of existing lease contractsCorrespondence and meetings with tenantsDevelopment and implementation of the optimal tenant mix per asset to ensure sustainable income growthPreparation of leasing budgetsRegular reporting to the Head of LeasingSupport of asset reporting (rent roll, leasing KPIs, etc.)Close cooperation with center management, including tenant coordination and operational controlConducting market research and competitive analysisExpectationsDegree in real estate management, business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification>5 years of experience in retail leasing,
