YOUR ROLE /strong /pulliYou will join an international EPC project in the industrial sector, supporting Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the strongElectrical discipline /strong from the project site in strongSouth Korea /strong. /liliYou will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the manufacturing activities of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules. /liliYou will act as a key interface between the project team, suppliers, subcontractors, and international stakeholders, ensuring effective management of inspections, quality documentation, and supplier progress monitoring. /liliThe role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems, quality control processes, and vendor management within complex industrial projects. /liliThe position involves an international assignment in strongSouth Korea for the duration of the project /strong. /liliFluent knowledge of both strongEnglish and Italian is mandatory /strong, as the role requires daily interaction with Italian and international project teams. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliMonitor supplier progress and ensure compliance with project milestones and delivery schedules. /liliPerform technical expediting activities for electrical equipment and project materials. /liliSupervise QA/QC activities during manufacturing, assembly, testing, and inspection phases. /liliVerify compliance of supplied equipment with technical specifications, datasheets, drawings,



and contractual requirements. /liliReview and monitor Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Control Plans (QCP), and inspection procedures. /liliCoordinate inspections at supplier facilities with vendors, clients, and third-party inspectors. /liliSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and review related documentation. /liliManage and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Technical Queries (TQ), and corrective actions. /liliReview quality documentation packages, including test reports, certificates, inspection records, and Manufacturing Record Books (MRB). /liliVerify technical documentation and ensure proper closure of quality dossiers. /liliPrepare regular progress and quality reports highlighting critical issues and improvement actions. /liliSupport the project team in resolving technical and quality-related issues with suppliers. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong✅ 3. REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background. /liliPrevious experience as QA/QC Engineer, Electrical Inspector, Vendor Inspector, or Expeditor within EPC projects. /liliProven experience in the supervision of electrical equipment manufacturing activities. /liliStrong knowledge of electrical equipment such as LV/MV switchgear, transformers, motors, MCCs, electrical distribution systems, and related components. /liliExperience in quality documentation management and inspection processes. /liliKnowledge of international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, NEMA or equivalent). /liliAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and datasheets. /liliExperience in supplier coordination and vendor management. /liliStrong communication and organizational skills.



/liliAvailability to relocate to South Korea for the duration of the project. /lilistrongFluent knowledge of English and Italian (mandatory). /strong /li /ulpstrongNice to have: /strong /pulliPrevious experience on EPC projects in Oil Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Petrochemical, or Industrial Plants. /liliPrevious international experience with Asian suppliers or manufacturing facilities. /liliKnowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems. /liliExperience with FAT/SAT activities. /liliFamiliarity with project documentation management systems. /liliPrevious experience working in multicultural and international project environments. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong 4. WHAT WE OFFER /strong /pulliThe compensation for this role ranges between strong€50.000 and €70.000 /strong. The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
