/p pIn this extracurricular internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to activities supporting new production programs, helping the team monitor the alignment between actual operational costs and Business Plan targets, while also supporting reviews of legacy programs.
You will also take part in process improvement initiatives, collaborating with the IT team to develop and enhance dashboards and digital tools that improve operational effectiveness, problem solving, and decision?making.
/p h3Job Description /h3 pbEssential Responsibilities: /b /p ul lipSupport the Program Management team in monitoring both legacy and new production programs /p /li lipCollect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data to track actual costs versus Business Plan assumptions /p /li lipSupport cost control and profitability analysis activities, identifying gaps, trends, and potential areas for improvement /p /li lipContribute to the evaluation of revenue enhancement opportunities across commercial service programs /p /li lipPrepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal program reviews and management discussions /p /li lipLiaise with Operations, Finance,



Commercial, and other cross?functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment on program performance /p /li lipSupport the development, update, and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools used to monitor program cost and operational metrics /p /li lipCollaborate with the IT team to enhance existing digital solutions and facilitate operational activities through process simplification and automation /p /li lipGet practice in program management processes, business analysis, and cross?functional team collaboration /p /li /ul pbRequired Qualifications: /b /p ul lipMaster's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field /p /li lipProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook /p /li lipFluent Italian and English /p /li lipStrong analytical mindset and confidence in handling data and performance metrics /p /li lipEffective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities /p /li lipGood interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills /p /li lipWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /p /li /ul pbDesired Characteristics: /b /p ul lipStrong analytical and problem?solving skills /p /li lipInterest in Program Management, Finance, and Commercial Service business dynamics /p /li lipAttention to detail and accuracy /p /li lipCurious and eager to learn /p /li lipProactive attitude and willingness to work in a cross?functional environment /p /li lipIntercultural openness and ability to think out of the box /p /li lipFamiliarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization solutions is considered a plus /p /li /ul pbInclusion Diversity /b /p pAvio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintaining an inclusive and diverse environment.
