and events /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest requests and preferences /liliCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience /liliAnticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaints /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotels; /liliFluent in Italian and English.
A third Language is required; /liliHigh standards of service; /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office package; /liliGood communication skills.
