BTO Research is a consulting firm, part of the Relatech Group, that has been supporting its clients in innovative projects for over 15 years, ensuring a customized approach to meet market challenges.Founded in 2008, we have gathered and enhanced the historical experience of consulting to which we have added two key elements: research and innovation.This journey has led us to a team of over 300 professionals across four countries, with numerous projects and the most cutting-edge knowledge in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Cybersecurity and Digital Marketing.We believe in the value of excellence and promote an environment where people can grow together, thanks to the contamination between different skills.Your role We are seeking a highly experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) to support large-scale transformation initiatives.The role combines solution architecture, functional leadership, and implementation expertise, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA migration programs.Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.Act as SAP Solution Architect and/or Lead Consultant in complex transformation programs.Manage SAP implementation activities with focus on MM and WM/EWM processes.Define and maintain global SAP template standards.Drive integration between SAP and surrounding enterprise systems.Assess functional and technical impacts on business processes and system architecture.Support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.Requirements Proven experience in SAP Materials Management (MM)Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
and/or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)Previous experience in roles such as:SAP Solution ArchitectSAP Lead ConsultantSAP Implementation ManagerSAP Solution Manager Where: Milan/hybrid Compensation and Job LevelThe annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges approximately from €70,000 to €90,000, depending on the candidate's professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required for the role.
