p Role: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Coordinator p Location: Ferentino, Italy /pp Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employee or Contractor /pp Start Date: ASAP /pp About the Role /pp We are seeking an experienced MES Coordinator to support the implementation, deployment, and ongoing operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) at our Ferentino manufacturing site. /pp Acting as the key link between site operations, IT, Global MES teams, vendors, and implementation partners, you will coordinate MES activities across the full lifecycle—from project delivery and site readiness through go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support. This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing systems experience who can bridge business and technical teams while ensuring MES supports efficient and compliant shopfloor operations. /pp Key Responsibilities: /pulli Act as the primary site coordinator for MES implementation and support activities. /lili Partner with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, IT, Global MES teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams to ensure project success. /lili Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, training, go-live activities, hypercare, and support transitions. /lili Track and manage site-level risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and readiness activities. /lili Support business process alignment and ensure local requirements are effectively incorporated into MES solutions. /lili Coordinate site readiness, including infrastructure, user access, interfaces, shopfloor devices, printers, scanners, and connectivity. /lili Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and ongoing operational support. /lili Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and support documentation.



/lili Drive continuous improvement, change management, and adoption of MES best practices across the site. /li /ulp Required Experience: /pulli Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. /lili Experience supporting MES implementations or manufacturing IT projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. /lili Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, and MES platforms. /lili Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical delivery partners. /lili Knowledge of MES integrations, user access management, infrastructure, and operational support processes. /lili Ability to translate business requirements into practical MES solutions and drive process improvements. /li /ulp Preferred Skills: /pulli Experience with Rockwell MES (highly desirable). /lili Exposure to Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, or similar MES platforms. /lili Understanding of MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, barcode solutions, and manufacturing devices. /lili Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments. /lili Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance requirements. /li /ulp What We're Looking For /pulli Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /lili Strong project coordination and organisational ability. /lili A proactive problem solver who can remove roadblocks and maintain momentum. /lili Ability to work effectively across business, technical, and offshore teams. /lili Focus on operational excellence, user support, and continuous improvement. /li /ulp If this sounds like your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you—apply today or feel free to refer someone in your network! /pp#UST /p /p
