In this role you own the onboard Property Management System (PMS) end to end, shaping its vision and ensuring it supports ship operations and guest experience. You operate at the intersection of business, demand and delivery within a mission‑critical, international environment. You translate complex business needs into actionable specifications and govern the full delivery lifecycle with internal teams, software factories and external vendors. Responsabilità

- Solid experience in IT Product Management or Senior IT Project Management, preferably on mission‑critical systems
- Ability to bridge business and technology with strong analysis mindset
- Experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams
- Hands‑on involvement in solution validation, functional testing, and UAT
- Comfort working in international, complex operational environments and fluent in English
- Availability for onboarding activities to analyze and validate requirements
- Experience with PMS, hospitality or onboard systems is a strong plus
