ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers, shaping architecture, deployment, and outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Deployment Strategists to set high engineering standards and mentor other builders. You’ll pilot new AI tools, integrate LLMs, and translate field insights into product improvements. This role offers the chance to impact large-scale enterprise AI programs within a leading AI-enabled CRM platform. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliOwn end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture decisions to production handoff /liliDesign and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including multi-agent orchestration and integration patterns /liliManage data lifecycle for AI apps across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms /liliResolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration, ensuring performance and reliability /liliBuild and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployments /liliDevelop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with a balance of speed and correctness /liliCodify learnings into reusable assets and playbooks for the organization /liliMentor engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions /liliProvide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering /liliPartner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into shippable agentic solutions /liliContribute to roadmap influence by feeding real-world edge cases back to product teams /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in AI, cloud, or SaaS /liliDegree in Computer Science or a related field /liliProficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; familiarity with others /liliExperience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex; applying prompting and responsible AI practices /liliDeep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks /liliStrong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs /liliEntrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment to slow down when needed /liliMentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets such as frameworks and playbooks /liliClear, credible communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives /liliWillingness to travel to customer sites; business proficiency in Italian and English /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliCS degree or related field /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
