This role is located in our Overland Park, KS office. /p pWe are looking for a motivated bSenior HR Specialist /b to help support our people and business operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, helping ensure a positive employee experience through responsive support, accurate data, and streamlined processes. You will contribute to compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen both employee engagement and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as a trusted associate to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. /li liSupport the People Team in driving employee experience and retention through onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and more. /li liFocus on timely resolution to employee inquiries through the FreshDesk platform. /li liSupport our employee population with questions, troubleshooting, simplistic reporting, and process adherence for Tier 2 support. /li liCreate, maintain, and update knowledge articles within the systems to ensure our employees have current and the most up to date information. /li liTake a user-centric approach to processes, technology, and procedures to improve employee experience.



/li liContinuously monitor and audit I-9 and unemployment processes to mitigate risk and ensure organizational compliance. /li liOversee the HR Operations ticketing tiers, ensuring that service requests are handled within the established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Monitor ticket resolution times, identify trends or recurring issues, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery. /li liVerify compliance with employment laws and company policies, ensuring HR best practices. /li liEnsure all HR processes follow operational compliance regulations. This includes process improvement, communication and partnership with vendors, and effective communications with various teams. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives. /li liAnalyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making. /li liEnsure data integrity within HR systems and perform regular system audits. /li liStay current with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in HR processes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbExperience: /b /p ul li1-3 years of related HR experience /li liBaseline knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. /li liExperience in HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. /li /ul pbPreferred: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liMaster’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus. /li /ul pbQualifications: /b /p ul liAbility to work onsite in our Overland Park office. /li liEasily adjusts to changing priorities and business needs. /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills. /li liAbility to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
