We are looking for an IT TECHNICIAN to take part in Refel SpA, in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN).
More about the Role Providing IT technical support in accordance with company standards and procedures; dealing with: computers, printers, network infrastructures, telephone exchanges, mobile and landline telephones,



videoconferencing systems, etc.
Providing IT operational support, in shifts with colleagues, ensuring overall coverage of service
Providing second level help desk
Taking care of the IT inventory, constantly updating it
Using the pool of IT materials provided in the most efficient way, suggesting products and quantities to include
Determining IT needs
Participating in regional IT infrastructure projects
Providing support, when necessary, also working temporarily for other plants and regions of the Sisecam group
All about you: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in first level help desk and similar activities
Good command of Italian and English languages
Responsive to service needs and operational demands
Strong communication skills and a good team player
What we offer: Entry Level: 27.000 - 29.000 €
Senior: 30.000 - 33.000 €
