pstrongPrimary Role /strong /ppThe Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring the effective management of priorities, schedules, communications, and business activities.
Acting as a trusted business partner, the role facilitates coordination across stakeholders, supports decision-making processes, and contributes to the smooth operation of the executive office with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

/liliCoordinate executive schedules, ensuring effective prioritization of activities and commitments.
/liliPrepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and other business documents.
/liliOrganize and coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, offsites, and business events.
/liliTake meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
/liliAct as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
/liliManage communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation.
/liliSupport the preparation of executive communications and presentations for senior leadership audiences.
/liliCoordinate travel logistics, expense reports, invoices, and administrative processes.
/liliMaintain accurate records, files,
and confidential documentation.
/liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams and geographies.
/liliHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
/liliProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
/liliExperience working in multinational and matrix organizations is preferred.
/liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
/liliStrong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities.
/liliFluent English; br / additional languages are considered an asset.
