As Regional Sales Manager for Stryker’s Extremities division, you will lead and develop a multi‑channel sales region across North & Central Italy, driving growth and talent development. You’ll build strong hospital and surgeon partnerships while coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts in a dynamic healthcare market. Your leadership will guide teams through change, ensure financial targets are met, and enhance the customer experience across the region. Responsabilità
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Advanced English level (C1)
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years in commercial roles in sales and/or marketing
- 3+ years of people management experience (direct or matrix)
- Experience within operating room environments
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets
- Experience in the Medical Devices industry
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
