pKedrion Biopharma is seeking a customer service professional to manage end-to-end order processing, billing, and after-sales monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
/ppYou will receive and process sales orders, assemble shipment documents, communicate with customers about deliveries, and respond to requests and complaints to maintain service quality.
You will monitor customer solvency, track payments, and escalate risk as needed under a 12-month fixed-term contract.
