p Cosmoderma Commerciale S.r.l. is a company specialized in the development and contract manufacturing of cosmetic products.
p We are looking for a strong Regulatory Affairs Specialist /strong to manage our Regulatory Affairs function and ensure the correct handling of technical and regulatory documentation for cosmetic products developed and manufactured for our clients.
/pp The selected candidate will initially work alongside the current Regulatory Affairs Manager, gradually becoming the main point of reference for regulatory matters within the company.
The role will involve close collaboration with RD, Sales, Graphic Design, Quality and Production teams, supporting product development projects from the formulation stage through to market launch.

brpstrong Main responsibilities /strong /pulli Management of the Regulatory Affairs function /lili Preparation, review and management of regulatory documentation for cosmetic products /lili Management and verification of Product Information Files (PIF) /lili Support with CPNP notifications /lili Review of claims, labels, artworks and product texts from a regulatory perspective /lili Collection and verification of technical documentation related to raw materials, packaging and finished products /lili Communication with clients, external laboratories,



consultants and safety assessors /lili Regulatory support for products intended for EU and extra-EU markets /lili Support to the Quality Management System for audits, procedures and regulatory documentation /lili Coordination of regulatory priorities in collaboration with the other company departments /li /ul pstrong Required qualifications and skills /strong /pulli Degree in a scientific field, preferably Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similar /lili Knowledge of Regulation (EC) No. ********* on cosmetic products /lili Knowledge of cosmetic technical documentation, including PIF, CPSR, CPNP, claims and labelling /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Office /lili Accuracy, organizational skills and strong attention to detail /lili Fluent English, minimum C1 level; C2 will be considered a strong plus /li /ul pstrong Preferred qualifications /strong /pulli Previous experience in the cosmetic industry /lili Experience in contract manufacturing / private label cosmetics /lili Knowledge of extra-EU cosmetic regulations, especially the US market and MoCRA /li /ul pstrong Soft skills /strong /pulli Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously /lili Good communication and interpersonal skills /lili Cross-functional collaboration mindset /lili Autonomy and sense of responsibility /lili Practical, structured and solution-oriented approach /lili Understanding of roles, responsibilities and organizational dynamics /li /ul p Gross Annual Salary range: strong€20,000 - €35,000 /strong , to be defined according to experience and skills.
