Experteer Italy is seeking a Welding Engineer to support development and qualification for railway components using MIG, TIG, and FSW techniques. This role focuses on compliance with EN 15085 and ISO 3834 standards while guiding cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Certified Welding Engineer qualification (IWE/EWE), with strong hands-on experience in welding and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is necessary, and knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
