Experteer Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of a flagship Milan data centre project, applying electrical engineering expertise to ensure safe, compliant installations. You will work within an engineering-led, high-performance team to review designs, support testing, and coordinate interfaces across disciplines. The position combines on-site engineering, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance to drive successful handover. This is a hands‑on role at a fast‑paced, hyperscale project, offering long‑term development in a leading European data centre environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Technical review of electrical designs, specifications and submittals with on‑site support
- Site inspections of LV/MV systems, containment, cabling, switchgear, UPS and generators ensuring QA/QC and regulatory compliance
- Support and witness testing and commissioning activities,



validating systems meet programmes
- Coordinate with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth interfaces
- Maintain accurate technical records, drawings and test documentation for audits and handover

Responsabilità

- Minimum 5 years' experience on large‑scale construction projects, ideally data centres
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
- EU Passport or right to work in Italy
