As a content marketing specialist, you are responsible for creating and optimizing high-impact content that drives customer growth and engagement for Business Banking Italy. You develop and continuously improve landing pages, run A/B tests, and create compelling content for campaigns, partnerships, and always‑on initiatives. You also contribute to engaging content experiences within our app, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints. You play a key role in strengthening content performance and ensuring content is both creative and conversion‑driven. Working closely with data, media, SEO, UX, branding, CRO teams, and external partners, you deliver scalable, high‑performing content.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion and user experience.
- Set up and run A/B tests to continuously improve content performance.
- Develop engaging content for campaigns, partnerships, and lifecycle journeys.
- Contribute to in‑app content experiences to drive engagement and adoption.
- Support SEO strategy by improving content relevance, structure, and visibility.
- Translate campaign strategies into effective content concepts and formats for all channels (owned, social and more).
- Experiment with new content formats (e.g. interactive, modular, AI‑driven content, or events).
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver scalable content solutions.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong experience creating and optimizing landing pages, with hands‑on A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content best practices, combined with experience in CMS and digital marketing platforms.
- Data‑driven mindset with a clear focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
- Ability to combine creativity with performance‑driven thinking to deliver engaging and effective content.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership‑driven mindset.
- Structured approach to testing, learning, and scaling, with an interest in innovation (e.g. AI‑driven content and automation).
- Important to have: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (digital) marketing, business, communication or related fields.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
Contract offer
Working conditions: Permanent employment contract
Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)
Location: Milan
Annual base salary starting from: Euro40,000
Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
